NASA AIS Radar for sale one ebay (Sold)

Now Sold: Nasa AIS, I am keeping this video online for now as it is the only video of a working NASA AIS Radar on youtube atm. This short video demonstrates the functionality of the receiver. I connected the receiver to the Power Supply Unit I normally use for HAM radio and connected a jury-rigged antenna. The antenna was indoors so reception was poor, resulting in only one ship showing up on the radar. (a vessel at anchor somewhere in the thames estaury). I also had no GPS receiver at home (at least none that has an NMEA output) so I used the stored position which was the last fix the receiver received before I took it off my boat.
